The Fine Print

Ordering

  • Minimum order of 3 cookies, any mix.
  • Fresh batches are baked every week. Order anytime until that week’s batch sells out. Orders close 24 hours before pickup (8am the day before).
  • All flavors are available while supplies last, for every order and subscription.
  • Party and gift orders (The Big Batch) need at least 1 week’s notice.
  • Pickup only, on Fridays and Saturdays from 8am to 11am, in The Village at Castle Pines. I’ll text you the time and place when your order is ready.
  • The Village is a gated community. I’ll add your name to the gate list for your pickup day. Please bring a valid ID and have up-to-date vehicle registration.
  • Pay by Venmo or Zelle. Once I confirm your order, I’ll send a Venmo request or my Zelle info. Payment is due before pickup.
  • Menu, prices and flavors are subject to change.

Cancellations

  • Cancel or change an order up to 24 hours before pickup (8am the day before) for a full refund. After that, your cookies are already being baked, so no refunds.
  • Party and gift orders: cancel at least 3 days before pickup for a full refund.
  • Orders are held until the pickup window ends at 11am. Missed pickups can’t be refunded.
  • If I have to cancel (illness, emergency or weather), you’ll get a full refund or another pickup day of your choice.
  • Subscriptions follow their own minimums and one-week notice below.

Batch of the Week

  • Four cookies every week in any mix of this month’s flavors, $20 a week. Send your picks with the order form by the day before pickup. If I don’t hear from you, it’s baker’s choice.
  • Start any week while supplies last.
  • 4-week minimum. After that, cancel with one week’s notice.
  • You’ll get a Venmo or Zelle payment request each week.

The Monthly Sampler

  • One of each of the month’s four flavors, $20 a month.
  • 3-month minimum. After that, cancel with one week’s notice.
  • You’ll get a Venmo or Zelle payment request each month.

Colorado home bakery

  • These products were produced in a home kitchen that is not subject to state licensure or inspection.
  • These products are not intended for resale.
  • There is a dog in my home. Pets are kept out of the kitchen while I bake.
  • Made and sold in Colorado under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act, directly to you, the end customer.
  • Ingredients, allergens and the production date are listed on every label.
  • All cookies are made in a home kitchen that also handles peanuts and other common allergens. Please ask about ingredients if you have an allergy.

Why Chokecherry? Chokecherries are tart wild cherries that grow in the Colorado foothills, right here in Castle Pines. These cookies are a Castle Pines local, too, baked fresh right here in the neighborhood.
